MONA · Architectural concierge
An architect by your side, at every decision.
Your projects of renovation and transformation deserve the eye of an architect.
The concierge
With its architectural concierge, MONA extends a bespoke accompaniment, so that you may approach your projects, your works and your architectural choices with complete assurance.
A point of architectural advice, a technical question, a regulatory query or the search for a trusted professional: we draw on our expertise and our knowledge of the field to offer you considered answers. A privileged relationship, built on attentiveness, independence and architectural rigour.
The aim is a lasting relationship, founded on experience and trust.
Four areas of service
A professional eye, at the right moment.
Architecture and layout, renovation, transformation potential, works and technical solutions, materials, planning permissions, regulatory constraints, contractors' quotes or a property's potential. Targeted advice, proportionate to the information available.
The right skills for your project.
Where the situation warrants it, MONA offers an introduction to its contacts, selected on objective professional criteria. As a matter of principle, this introduction is made without any commission.
Decide with full knowledge.
Understanding a project's stages, the steps, the people involved, the points to check before committing, the information to request from a contractor and the apparent risks. The concierge service eases the decision, without operational site management.
An on-site exchange, when useful.
Advisory visits, limited in scope and duration, to discuss a property, an architectural issue or a transformation project. Without automatic survey, measurement, design or works inspection.

How it works
From discovery to activation.
You explore the services and choose the right level.
The same 12-month commitment, in one payment or six monthly instalments.
Agreement, general terms and pre-contractual information before any payment.
Contract documents provided and access to your private area.
From your client area: track your membership and invoices, consult your architect, ask a question and send documents, request a referral to a professional, arrange a visit and find the history of your requests. Each service only draws on its quota once actually carried out.
Transparency & independence
Independent advice, distinct from a project-management commission.
The concierge service covers targeted advice, referral, phone exchanges, limited review of documents and the defined advisory visits. It does not include full feasibility studies, technical and structural surveys, design plans and documents, permit applications, formal tendering, detailed comparison of offers, site piloting or management, conformity checks, works acceptance or expert assessments — which fall under separate contracts.
Referral to contractors respects the architect's independence: no commission, no paid listing. Selection is based on experience, references, skills, qualifications and relevant insurance. Providing a contact carries no guarantee of availability, price or sound execution; quotes and contracts are concluded directly between you and the contractor. Any conflicts of interest are declared in accordance with professional ethics.
Advice relates exclusively to architecture, the building and the works. It is neither investment advice, nor a market-value estimate, nor an estate-agency, brokerage or management activity: those belong to separate regulated professions. It is provided by an architect registered with the Ordre des architectes (S22746), in compliance with its code of professional conduct and its duty of independence.
Frequently asked questions
Does the concierge service replace an architect's commission?
No. It is targeted advice and referral. Studies, plans, permits and site supervision are project-management commissions, governed by separate contracts.
Are you independent from the recommended contractors?
Yes. No commission is received. Selection rests on objective criteria, you remain free to choose and you contract directly with the contractor.
Do you guarantee an introduction for every request?
No. A referral is offered when relevant. Availability, price and lead times are the contractors' responsibility, independent of MONA.
Are unused services carried over?
No. Quotas apply over twelve months and are not carried over from one year to the next.
How do visits work?
An advisory visit lasts two hours maximum (€936 incl. VAT). Paris and neighbouring towns with no travel fee; elsewhere on request. The Signature membership includes one annual visit in Île-de-France.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, in one payment or six monthly instalments, for the same annual commitment of twelve months.
