Identity and contact details (name, email, phone, address). Data relating to your request (project, property concerned, documents sent). Billing data (card payment is handled directly by our provider; MONA stores no card data). Browsing data (strictly necessary cookies and, where applicable, audience measurement subject to consent).
Purposes and legal bases
Performance of the contract: managing the advisory and concierge relationship, answering your requests, tracking the membership. Legal obligation: invoicing and accounting. Legitimate interest: site security and service improvement. Consent: audience-measurement cookies and any communications.
Recipients and processors
Data is intended for MONA and its technical processors: website hosting (Wix), payment provider (`[Stripe]`), messaging tools. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Any transfer outside the European Union is covered by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Retention periods
Client data: duration of the contractual relationship, then archiving for the legal periods (notably accounting: 10 years). Prospects: 3 years from the last contact. Cookies: 13 months maximum.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Exercise by email to mona@bureaudarchitecture.com, with proof of identity if necessary. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
